The Head of the Media Division, Professor Marie-Ève Carignan, has been invited to speak at the NATO Riga Stratcom Dialogue, one of the most popular international meetings on strategic communication.
Professor Carignan’s panel at this event will be entitled “The Future of Democracy – A New Understanding of Freedom of Expression and Accountability? “. It will occur on May 6th, 8:15 am (EDT) and will be given in collaboration with experts from Europe and Oceania.
