On November 15, UNESCO-PREV Chair co-holder Pr. Marie-Ève Carignan will take part in the symposium « Jeunesse et communication politique: perspectives sociales et professionnelles » at the Université de Sherbrooke. She will host a panel on the impact of media coverage on the political sphere. The aim of this event is to encourage reflection on the obstacles to young people’s involvement in politics, the communication issues involved, and the contribution of political communication to overcoming these obstacles.
The event is co-organized by the Université de Sherbrooke’s Department of Communication and School of Applied Politics, in collaboration with Affaires Politiques.
