The CSLP presents a conference on identity and knowledge

The Center for the Study of Learning and Performance (CSLP), a research center associated with the Chair and directed by co-holder Vivek Venkatesh, is organizing a conference on identity and knowledge on November 9th from 2:30 to 3:45 pm. This conference, which will be a hybrid formula, will focus on the relationship between identity and knowledge as well as on the academic practice of “self-positioning”. These analyses may be very relevant in the context of studying the phenomenon of radicalization.

The conference will be presented by Lauren Bialystok, Professor of Social Justice Education at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education in Toronto.

To attend the event in person (restricted to the Concordia University community), please contact David Waddington at david.waddington@concordia.ca. Other interested people must register online to attend the event.
